Here is a screenshot, the arrow is pointing to the area in the forum where you can start a new topic.

Hi Stefanie, I think the new look is fantastic! Speaking as someone who owns a website and is pretty much at the mercy of a webmaster, I know how much is involved in something like this.

Congratulations and I hope this site gets a lot of new visitors and members. It certainly deserves it!
