Depending on luster as it looks pretty nice but from pics

I like it a lot. 

At least the marking appears minimal enough it can go 65.  It looks a little wasahed out in the pictures like it's been overdipped but if the luster is good I believe it will go MS-65.

I'm not familiar with the date but I know the CC's can come nice but have a lot of marking.
