I bought this on Ebay, where it was sold as a 'Novodel'. I had serious doubts of it being the real deal, but  thought it was an interesting conversation piece, since Krause only have records of 1763 issues for the 5 and 10 Kopek coins but none of the lower denominations. Most of the forgeries are very crude or ugly, so they are easy to spot. This one however seems spot on with the original design, except the planchet is a bit thinner compared to know genuine coins. I've never seen a authentic 'Novodel' in person, so I can't compare them to original coins as far as design, weight and thickness. This one is more spot on than any others I've seen being sold. That being said, it's kind of bothersome, because these can be easily passed off as genuine by shady dealers.
