  • Beautiful!!!

Here was one of my favorite sets

Those are beautiful sets, the silver always tones up so nice. It is interesting that the possession of gold coins in the United States was still illegal when those sets were issued. Fortunately that is no longer the case!

    Best Regards,

Gorgeous set, George, I had a chance to acquire a similar set this past weekend in Mass for their show but I didn't have enough money on me or I would have! Love the toning on yours though!

  • 1867-1967 Canadian Quarter Colorful PL67 PCGS, Pop 10/3

In honor of Stephanie's complete set above, it reminded me of this spectacular Canada Centennial quarter. PCGS has graded only three finer (1/2013). I love these one-year types; the .800 silver (and .500 silver, for that matter) coins tone up so nicely. Enjoy!

  • Very nice George!

I have been thinking about submitting a few coins.....do you think it might be worth it?

  • Sure, I think so, with excellent photos like that I think those coins would sell well in slabs. Just make sure the grades you expect are high enough to justify the extra cost!

  • Hi George
I just wanted to take a moment to wish you and you family a Happy New Year.
I look forward to sharing our latest coins in 2013, I have a few coming this week, large cents.
The 1876-H I posted finally got here and it is so much nicer in hand than the picture.
    All the best
    Alan
