This is Middlesex 1036, a proof halfpenny Conder Token from DNW in London.
It was previously owned by Dr. Allen Bennett.
FDC, Est. Proof-67, Iridescent Toning.

Superb!  I don't think I've ever seen a Conder in nicer condition.
