Title: French Jeton

Need help on this one. It is un-dated, any ideas as to a date ? Its silver.

Hmmm....It'll be tough to date without a catalog or reference book, but it has the look of mid to late 1700's styling.  Great detail and surfaces, BTW. Much better than most I've seen. I haven't seen that exact design before, or anything with the look of the reverse 'initials' type design.  If we had more to go by, wording or maybe a bust, we could get close to an i.d. on it.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but if I run across something I'll sure let you know.

Thanks. I like the design a lot, and the surfaces are quite clean and the strike is sharp. I got it back in '06. After seeing your's I thought I'd post mine to see if you might know anything.

I'm no help with identifying it but it sure is a pretty one :)
