This is a commemorative that commemorates Duke August II 87th birthday. As you can see, the long scratch's are on the slab. You will also notice that this Taler has a major DDO.
Ruler : August II ruled from 1634-1666
Minted at the Goslar mint
Engraver : Henning Schluter
The engravers mark of HS can be seen on the rev. at the bottom of the coin. At times he would also use crossed keys along with HS.
