I got this 1849 proof during the weekend. It has a mintage of around 150 proofs and 8,500 buisness strikes.

Another beauty. I rarely see early proof such as this one. The oldest one I have is from 1867 Romania. Thanks for sharing.

Early proofs are very hard to find, and when they do hit the market, you have to make your move fast to get one. What would have been the kicker... is if this proof would have been a DCam., or as NGC calls it, an Ultra Cam. But I like the strike and the cameo this piece has.

Can't go wrong with that one. Low mintage a great look to it. Congrats.
