I have had a good time here on this forum, My time has come. Live life to it fullest. I did own some very rare pieces, and had a lot of fun studying the history of 16th to 18th century European coinage.

I'm not leaving the forum due to my wanting to. My illness has taken its toll on me, but I will fight it to the bitter end. The vid I posted is my way of telling all of you, to go and enjoy life to its fullest. Life on this planet is way to short, and you do not realize it until its to late.

Hey Regandon...keep fighting and keep the faith!!! I agree with you....life is 2 short...but again life has a strange ways...so it's not over till its over...See you soon and good luck to you. I'm thinking on you man!!:)

Health issues are always unforeseen things that can only be over come by faith. Though it sadden all of us to hear. Don stay strong my friend and visit us when you can.

Well, I'll say this then - As the others have said, please stay strong, and know that you've helped many of us and we all greatly appreciate what you've done and the time you've given us.
If there's anything we can do, just ask. We'll be praying for you.

I like going through the picture galleries here and just enjoy some of the stuff I'd never get to see in person.

You always brought great and interesting specimens to the party, and we all appreciate it. Your knowledge for the field is invaluable and will be sorely missed. I spoke to Don via email yesterday and he is still hanging in there.
So hurry back Don and get well......we all miss you!

Don, I am not sure whats wrong, but you have my support and prayers ,including
those of Mrs Bear. I know well what it feels like to be in need of a friendly prayer
and godd wishes when one is feeling very low.
