  • I put this thread on the World and Ancient Coins, Conder tokens etc. forum but U.S. or anything else is also acceptable! I personally love coins with beautiful patina that is original IMHO. Having been a collector/dealer for more than 50 years now, I think I can tell the difference. At any rate ... Post your most beautifully toned coins!

This is one that is in the mail to me now as we speak ... but I think it is awesome! Here is the PCGS TrueView certificate ... I trust it will look pretty close to this, they usually do a pretty good job with those.

    Enjoy!

  • Very nice Taler, I have one that has toned up very nice. I need to image it.

Here is another favorite of mine.

  • This isn't my most beautiful, but it was a gift from Shane, aka Kryptonitecomics, so it has special meaning for me.

That is a gorgeous coin, although I prefer toners on both sides!

  • This 1964 Kennedy half MS67 PCGS is one of a number of top-grade silver Kennedy halves that I bought from Ronald Bullock, a well-known collector who had a fine Registry Set, when he decided to part with his collection. Enjoy!
