I presume that the obverse depicts King George III. The date on this piece is misleading...on the obverse is William III. Thanks for the compliments on the avatar Stephanie! I thought it came out looking rather donny darko, lol.

You are right about the obverse depicting King William III of England/II of Scotland.
The style looks like a 'Cartwheel' coin from King George III's reign.
