Stratford was Shakespeare's home town though he worked in London as well.

"What a piece of work is a man"
What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how
infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and
admirable, in action how like an angel, in apprehension how like
a god! the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals—and yet,
to me, what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me—
nor woman neither, though by your smiling you seem to say so.
Ok, ok, I couldn't resist a quote.......................nice

Thanks, Zohar. I saw the 'yet' in your sentence and that's encouraging. : )
I'm glad you are enjoying my posts.
Nice quote, Stef... I have a few that I have used...
Bud was one of my college English instructors. He visits Stratford, Ontario every year where they have a replica of The Globe theater. Bud sent me a photos that had him standing next to a silvery statue of Shakespeare. I saw this image immediately in my head but it took a couple of hours to locate a theater. This is the Globe, and Bud as the Bard.
This is my only other Shakespeare Conder Token. I contrived this image a year or two ago using a mirror beneath the coin,
reflecting a rainbow type background. I like creative uses for coins and tokens in photos. : )
