Conder Token

This is Scotland, Lanarkshire DH 2, an uncirculated bronzed proof.

This is not a prooflike token, but a bronzed proof with mirror fields.  It is an amazing example in spite of an obvious reverse flaw, which is 'as made.'





The photo below came like this from the camera.  I used no PhotoShop tricks, except to remove some dust from the black velvet background.
I am trying to show the unbelievable reflectivity of its fields.

Hmm. So that's the source of the Clyde river.
Look at the 218 year-old proof nipples on that river deity! :Funny;

  That's another amazing Proof coin that you've got there.

I've never come across that type before.

The Scots ones are of interest to me,as I am of both Scots & Orcadian Norse descent myself.
