State Bank of South Carolina $10 Obsolete

This note here is tied for the favorite in my collection, and it's also the most I've ever paid for a note ($25). I got it this past March. I had never seen an obsolete until I saw this one, and as soon as I saw it I knew that if I could afford it, it would be mine (it was in a tray with a large size National marked $400, so affordability was a genuine concern!)
It is my oldest note, and my only Obsolete. Although it does not show in the scan, there are two sets of staple holes. It does not matter, I love it anyway.
I need to replace the reverse scan, my old computer somehow managed to cut off the ends, when I rescan the reverse, I will edit the post to correct it.

A lovely note with ships, and of course that obligatory feminine vignette.

Billy, That is a very nice note you've got there.
When rescanning, you should get an A4-sized piece of black paper to use as the background for your note.
You should use this FREE photo editor; http://www.photoscape.org to resize, crop,& combine your photos.
Aidan.

Thanks for the comments! Yes, I have been told that I should use black for a background. Maybe one of these days I'll actually do that
