Whenever I want something done at NGC, I prevail upon the ladies to help me. You should be prevailing upon the men to help you. If that doesn't work, then you should attend the NGC Luncheon at FUN and complain for five years running.  :'(

Very good news indeed, though not sure what Krause is thinking. NGC must be ponying up a sum that without doubt Krause knows will more than offset lost sales, which would indicate NGC is willing to really pay for good will with the collecting community. That and they may be concerned with in roads that PCGS has made in certifying world coins.
