Ok, I'll take a shot -
I say NGC gave it a 64. Because of the toning, this one could take a little tilting to different angles to see the surfaces better .

I will go with a 64 also unless the obverse field is too noisy. Then I would say 63 because the TPG's like to spank front obverse field hits with a 63, even with a nice cheek.

Thanks everyone for your guesses. Its in an NGC slab MS64
I looked through PCGS Coinfacts images and according to their images it may stand a chance at a 65
but wanted everyones opinion first. Maybe I will keep it in the slab ;)
