Are you referring to the Olympics(Japan).....if  so that is killer :1Applause;
I have never seen one like that in a sample slab ;)

You got it!!
It was handed out at the 1989 Tokyo International Coin Convention (TICC),
A 1964 Japan Olympic 100 Yen commemorative coin. I don't think it was given out in the US.
That is why it is so hard to find and expensive.
I have only seen one, and I check out the sample sites twice a day.

I'm going to be biased here and say that sample slab is the coolest one I have see to date!
