Does this looked cleaned?  ??? It cost me $15 so not bad if it were cleaned, but i hope its not! Please Help, and give it a grade if you would be so kind.  ;)

Its a little hard to judge by the images but........
It doesn't appear to look cleaned and I would say EF40

Looks like a nice circulated cam :)

I'd pay $15 all day for Morgans that look like that. My stab is not cleaned. Nice pick up.

DLT, not cleaned IMO, but an EF circulated example. Not bad at all. good detail still remaining. Congrats buddy and enjoy the hobby as always.
