Omnicoin.com is a good gallery site.  My only complaint is that the images couldn't be made larger so you can see the detailing of the coins better. This is just my opinion though.

  • Yeah, I thought that exact thing. Some of the coins are amazing, but you can barely see them!

  • I do agree about omnicoin. I have to down size the pics so much, that I stoped adding pics to it.

  • We should all write them. Maybe then they'll allow larger pictures.

Both Banknotebank & Omnicoin have the potential to be very good websites. It is Anton's rubbishy gallery program that he uses is a major problem,as you can't even get new country listings added,or allowing the photos to be uploaded as a combined photo in a single frame like they are on www.zeno.ru .I also don't like the compulsory sections for adding in grades,as a lot of collectors don't know how to do grading. As for the date section,he should allow you to put 'N.D.' for when a banknote or a coin doesn't indicate a date.

You should all email Anton at akdrv@yahoo.com & tell him that he should replace the gallery program itself on both websites with the gallery program from http://www.photopost.com .

If he does that, then it will be easy for him to add in new country listings in Onmicoin,& for each country's listings to be divided by issuing entity in Banknotebank.

Anton needs to have rules for uploading photos along similar lines to http://zeno.ru/htm/rules-en.htm .

If Anton does this, then I would be glad to get back into uploading photos, but in a much easier & smoother way.

    What do you think?

  • Daniel,
I was forced by Peter to pull the plug on my membership of http://www.worldofcoins.eu ,as both him & Rob (a3v1) were both posting insults slamming me.

I'm very pleased to be posting here & on Coin Chat,as I am one of the rejects from Coin Talk who needed to seek refuge in a forum with a lively community.

I also post on http://www.coinnetwork.com as well.
